Green Goddess Dressing
• 2 teaspoons garlic puree or 3 fresh Garlic Cloves pureed• 1/2 teaspoon Salt • 1 teaspoon Sugar• 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper• 2 teaspoons Anchovy Paste or 3 Anchovies packed in oil• 1 tablespoons Tarragon Mustard• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice• 1 cup Green Onion• 1 cup Parsley Tops• 1 cup Sour Cream• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1- In blender(or using a immersion blender add Garlic, Salt, Sugar, White Pepper, Anchovy, Tarragon Mustard, and blend until smooth.2- Add Green Onions and Parsley Tops and continue to blend.3- Add Mayonnaise and Sour Cream and blend until you have a smooth dressing.

Tarragon Mustard Vinaigrette
Creamy Tarragon Mustard Vinaigrette(a good vinaigrette is about balance- you use 1 part of citrus of vinegar to 3 parts oil and you need salt and sugar to make a perfect vinaigrette)1 tablespoon tarragon mustard 1 small shallot1 teaspoon sugar½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar1 tablespoon fresh lemon juicePut all ingredients in quart glass measuring cup. Use an immersion blender and pureeThen slowly add in oil with immersion blender emulsifying dressing. ½ cup olive oil
