BONE BROTH

BONE BROTH IN ELECTRIC ROASTERIn electric roaster Ingredients • 6 pounds /2730 g. • 6 tablespoons/ 180 ml. cider vinegar• 3 gallons WaterRatio for smaller batch– 2 lbs./910 g. bones to 1 gallon/ 3.75 litres of water 2 tablespoons/ 30 ml cider Vinegar Vinegar helps to extract more nutrients from the bones Instructions1. In an electric roaster set the temperature to 400 degrees, boil for 10 minutes, reduce the heat to 200 degrees, and add a cover. Allow the bones to cook for 18-24 hours. Cool and strain through mesh strainer. Keep refrigerated for up to five days or freeze for later use.
